During the period of time between finishing the event writing (4th Step) and the awakening found in the 7th Step there is work to be done. It is a review of the events of our life in the light of the Character Discussions (5th Step). Step 7 begins with the humility gained through reviewing the false self and its disappearance. Reviewing groups meet once a week. The reviewing helps to become aware of exactly what needs to disappear in the 7th Step.
